*Provenance note: Part of the Van der Mieden Puppet Theatre collection, comprising several large-format prints, mounted on polystyrene board. Erwin Olaf made several cphotographs commissioned by Van der Mieden, it is unclear whether this photograph was one of those. Each print was personally selected by Van der Mieden the 1980s and hand-signed by Erwin Olaf.
