Etching, 27 x 35.5 cm, w. the sign of the zodiac scales at top centre, titles, numb. 6 and w. 4-line Latin verse in the plate below the image, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. A splendid impression w. much contrast, on fine paper w. large fleur-de-lys in shield watermark, w. good margins. Three blank corners cut off obliquely, well outside the plate mark; smoothed-out central vertical fold; a few unobtrusive spots. Remnants of former mount verso of blank r. margin. W. collector's stamp of L. Lépingle (d. ca. 1903) (Lugt 1731) verso. Hollstein 42, only state.
