Engraved view, 16.2 x 23.7 cm, signed "Henr. Hondius fecit", numb. 52 and "C.LXXXIII" in the plate, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. Very good impression on paper w. eagle watermark, w. good margins. Smoothed-out central vertical fold. Hollstein 54, third and final state. From Marolois, Perspective, 1614 or later editions. (2) "Emmaüs haec clara est Christo comite (...)". Engraving, 21 x 28.5 cm, after Giliaeme de Zaen/ Saen (ca. 1563-1599), signed "Hen Hond sculp." and "E.G. De Saen inv." in lower r. corner, 'Cum privil." in top margin, w. caption below the image, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. Greyish impression on paper w. coat of arms of Amsterdam watermark, w. good margins. Neatly split in 2 halves and re-attached. Added: (3-7) J. Isaac (1583/85-1654) (ed.). Five prints from a series of 12 (?) dep. the story of Christ. Engravings, all approx. 31.5 x 20 cm, numb. 2, 4, 7, 9 and 12, all w. address of Jaspar Isac (nr. 2 w. addition "A Paris"), mounted at upper corners, under passe-partout. Very fine impressions w. much contrast; w. good margins. Very good copies w. only minimal imperfections. Hollstein (Isaac) 5 (the 2nd print), the others not in Hollstein.
