Circular engraving, Ø12.7 cm, the 4th print from a series of 9 dep. the muses, signed "Crispin d. Passe inventor excud.", numb. 4, titled and w. text surrounding the image in the plate, mounted at upper centre under passe-partout. Good impression on fine laid paper, w. narrow circular margins. Verso w. collector's stamp of Albert van Loock (1917-2011?) (Lugt 3751). Hollstein 406, only state. Rare. -and 4 others (ed.) by the same (incl. Hollstein 40, 124 and 127).
