Etching, 9 x 14.7 cm, monogrammed "Dtr.F" in upper r. corner, mounted at upper corners under passe-partout. Very fine impression, trimmed to the plate mark. Thin spot at upper middle. Linck 132, first state (of 4). Verso w. 4 collector's stamps: Ludwig Puttrich (1783-1856) (Lugt 2064, sold at auctions in 1848, 1856 and 1857), E. Fabricius (Lugt 847a), an unidentified mark (Lugt 4182, mentioning a print by Dietrich carrying this stamp) and J.E. Wetterauer (Lugt 3870). (2-3) Idem. Road going up. Two states of the same etching, 6 x 8.2 cm, mounted at upper corners under one passe-partout. Linck 124, first respectively fourth state (of 5) (one w. the Wetterauer-stamp listed above).
