Green folder, 30 x 23 cm, housing a collection of 41 sheets. Artists' assembling magazine created by Jeanie Black and Fluxus artist Ely Raman in New York. Nine issues were made sporadically between 1970-1972 in an unknown edition. Enclosed is a participant call to send material for the next issue by October 1 1972, which suggests 1972 as the probable publication date for this issue (no records found).

Features works ranging from original pencil drawings, b/w pictures, photocopies, to collages and silkscreen prints, some signed or stamped. A contents page lists 31 contributing artists, among them Laughing Bear (cover), Monte Cazazza, David Mayor, Davi Det Hompson, Richard Kostalenetz, Image Bank, Klaus Groh, Pat Tavenner, Al Hansen (signed work), Ken Friedman and Clemente Padin. Portfolio cover slightly soiled, artworks near mint.
