[WWI] Two medals awarded to R.H. Demuth

(1) The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, O.B.E. (Military) Member's 1st type breast badge, silver, 46 mm, hallmarks for Sebastian Henry Garrard. London, Garrard & Co Ltd, 1918. In orig. purple leather case, interior silk-lined. (2) British War Medal 1914-1918. Silver, 36 mm. In orig. board box. Both awarded to Richard Harold Demuth (1880-1958). With various documents, including: (1) Invitation to receive the medal. (2) Photograph taken at Buckingham Palace. (3) Document appointing Demuth as Temporary Lieutenant of H.M.S. "President", dated 1915. (4) Certificate of Demobilisation, dated 15.4.1919. -and 6 other items.
