Underground magazine from the Belgian city of Liége, published irregularly between 1965 and 1968 by Jacques Charlier and the Total's Club, a group of artists organising politically and environmentally engaged happenings. Among the founding members were Jean-Marie Decheneux and Paul Dubar. Their most famous happening was a protest against nuclear power in Brussels in 1967, during which participants marched with their mouths sealed by bandages, waving transparent flags and handing out transparent pamphlets.
