Almanack (duerende tot inder ewicheit) en gebedenboekje. Manuscript, ca. 1545; (60 + 2 blank) vellum leaves written in one hand on both sides, in brown, red, and blue; decorated; Dutch (I); bound together with: Book of Prayers. Manuscript on paper, 17th cy, (161 + 2 blank) leaves written in calligr. in red and black, in several hands, Dutch (II).
ad I: Dutch, beautiful and clear handwriting on vellum ca. 1545; illustrated by 2 circular calendaria in red, orange, green and
blue across 2/3rd of the page, and 6 larger decorated initials in more colours. The writer / rubricator mentions his or her family ‘Van Oest’
separately in the calendar; e.g. on 27 July 1540 ‘mijn soen Wynant (van Oest) geboren’ (my son Wynant was born)
17th-cy vellum, thumbed; 12mo (bookblock 12,5 x 9,5 cm.); somewhat narrowly cut on top; ex libris and stamp later owner on endpaper.
