Gemini G.E.L: Johns, Rauschenberg and Oldenburg

Founded in 1966 in Los Angeles, Gemini G.E.L. is a famous artists' workshop and publisher of fine-art limited edition prints and sculptures. Included are 3 promotional Gemini G.E.L. booklets:

Jasper Johns, Lead Reliefs, 1969. Six colour plates and a text on Johns's lead relief and lithograph. Back cover slightly soiled. + Claes Oldenburg: Geometric Mouse. Scale C, 1971. Black embossed softcover booklet presenting Oldenburgs table top sculpture. In good condition, text pages somewhat dented by the embossment. + Robert Rauschenberg, 7 Characters, 1983. Promotes a series of collages representing seven Chinese characters, created in collaboration with papermakers at the Xuan Paper Mill in Jingxian, China. Special cover with bright red embossed image of a Chinese lion/fish, covered by white gauze. Mint condition.
