Satirical print from David Hess's Hollandia Regenerata, 1796. Etching in red. Depicting the patriots who emigrated in 1787 after their defeat during the Anglo-Prussian alliance, approaching the committee to ask for money and clothes. On the left-hand side in the print an old Jewish tailor. Above him the sign "Nathan Levi. Uitdraager en Kleermaaker". 27.4 x 22 cm.
