For some additional income, Meier wrote pornographic stories printed in limited editions. There were typed, fitted with drawings by himself and then stenciled in editions of 10-20 copies. Meier was founder of literary magazine Ratio and porn magazine Chick among other publications; he was an editor, publisher, journalist - and involved with the Provo movement and D'66 from the start.
