on "pith" paper, all ca. 10.5 x 7.5 cm. (paper size), contemporary half cloth, 8vo size.

Bookblock loose, drawings tanned in places where glue was used to paste them; spine discoloured and split across hinge. Contains drawings of dignitaries, a horseman, a writer at his desk with assistant, ships and fish. Added: two similar gouaches of a lady and a gentleman, ca. 20 x 14 cm. (paper size), in plain frame (gouache of lady with defects).
