Hommage A Lidice

Ausstellung Der Galerie Rene Block Berlin. 22. Oktober Bis 17. November 1967. Berlin, Rene Block, 1967. Exhibition organized by gallerist Block to commemorate the destruction of the Czech village by the Nazis in 1942. The exhibited works were donated by the 21 participating artists to set up the Lidice Collection of Fine Arts.

Green cardboard cover, 21 x 21 cm, with 2 inserted booklets. Includes an original signed collage by Gerhard Ruhm and the invitation for the show. Participants were Beuys, Immendorff, Polke, Richter, Vostell, Uecker, Paeffgen and others. Text in German. Rare item, glue on booklets loosened, else in good condition.
