Barbou, 1754, 3 parts in one volume with consecutive paging XIV,344 p., each part with engraved frontispiece, engraved and typographical top and end decorations, finely bound in 19th-century full brown morocco by ANDRIEUX, all edges and board edges gilt on inside, ribbed back with red morocco title shields, large 12mo (light rubbing).

Lovely copy of a fine edition printed in small type, with the ex libris of Eugène Paillet (1829-1901) on the free endpaper. Paillet, counsel at the Parisian court of law, was a very important figure in the French bibliophile circles of his day.
