(1963), (8) p., with 19 photographic illustrations (film stills, incl. cover illustration) by Ed van der Elsken and another illustration, 30 x 23.5 cm.

Eeach page trifle wrinkled, nevertheless a good copy. Extremely rare prospectus (not a single copy in Picarta) and therefore a hard to find Van der Elsken publication. We made grateful use of the description of a copy offered online with a variety of additional materials. Here only the promotional book is present (with a front cover slightly different from the photo with the online description).
