Organist A. Alt [Bolsward]

Two albums with ca. 200 (pasted) concert announcements of organist A. A. Alt, between 1925 and 1941 (with a loose photo of the organist). Besides the programme in most cases a handwritten daily review. This follows a fixed pattern: it begins with the weather of the day, the number of attendees and then a discussion of works played. Added: Album tgv het 20 jarig bestaan der CHr. Oratorium vereeniging "Rotterdam-Zuid" aan haar dirigent Piet vd Kerkhoff. Rotterdam, 1945. Oblong album in slipcase, with ca. 35 photos, various picture postcards, all of organs. With the signatures of the choir and photo of the conductor.

Daily review Alt of Monday 11 July 1927. "Tamelijk weer. Doch nog minder bezoek: 260 personen. Waarlijk zoo weinig hebben we in jaren niet gehad. Loopt de belanstelling op z'n eind? Koraal mooi. Voorspel ook. A Dur prachtig..Wiegenleid matig. Siciliano beter door mooie fluit. Son. 4 viel niet zoo erg in den smaak; ook geen enkel deel. Creadle song was het toppunt sloeg geweldig in. Pres de la mer moest het daarna afleggen. Toch is dat ook een zeldzaam mooi nummer. Brautchor viel wat tegen. Net goed om even te sluiten" (total 3).
