[Notarial deed Milan 1516] Manuscript in Latin on four vellum sheets,

Milan, 14 February 1516, total measurements 150 x 32 cm., signed by notary Franciscus de Luino followed by the place "parochie sancti vitti in Pasquirollo", with later summary in Italian on reverse of final leaf, previously antiquely folded into a package of 19 x 31 cm.

With some staining and gnawing on several folds. Decorative manuscript in a very steady hand, from the time of Leonardo da Vinci. "Vendita dato in paga fatto dal. sr. Giobatta Negri al sr. aimo fratelli Rainoldi dalla metà d'uni capa in soyo ove esse Negrio abitava (...). Franco. Luini Not. di Milano". (summary on reverse).
