With a handwritten note from Igor Stravinsky to Elsendoorn, who is also pictured in the first catalogue: "I remember with great pleasure the excellent performance of my music in the Holland Festival of 1952 and I therefore anticipate even more pleasure in 1969, Igor Stravinsky".
