Zwickau & Leipzig, Verlagsbuchhandlung, 1806, (16),192 p., contemporary marbled halfcalf, gilt back with morocco letterpiece, small 8vo.

Title page pasted, occ. staining. Joints fragile, top backstrip damaged. Still a good copy, with heraldic bookplate of "Roberti Comitis de Crewe" to inside front board, this being Robert Earl of Crewe or Robert Offley Ashburton Crewe-Milnes, 1858-1945, British liberal politican, statesman and author. The present work is extremely rare, we were unable to trace any copies besides one at an 1839 auction. References to and reviews of the work do exist in contemporary periodicals, e.g. in the Allgemeine Literatur Zeitung no. 233 of 29 September 1807, p. 623-625 (available online), containing an extensive review of the work. The unknown compiler dedicated his book to M. Naumann. Extraordinary, untraceable contribution to early 19th-century German philosophy.
