Mild foxing, occ. minor tears/ folds, yet considering its fragility still a very good copy. Also extremely rare, no other copies traced. Lovely and finely printed chapbook, in which alphabetically-organised elements from dreams are provided with a short explanation. The last page contains a "Maand-tafel, aanwijzende de 30 ongelukkige dagen des jaars", in which are mentioned dates scattered across the 12 months on which one better not have one's birthday, to name but one thing. "De droom schijnt de sleutel tot eenig geheim der natuur te wezen, zij is eene voortzetting van de voorstellen onzer ziel in de wakenden toestand (...) en hoe veele twijfelaars hebben zich berouwd de wenken of raadgevingen hun in den droom gedaan niet te hebben opgevolgd" (preface).
