"Gezicht op het landgoed van den heer Hapsburg bij Lausanne". Gouache, 68.7 x 49.3 cm. (double borderline in brown ink), titled in pencil on reverse, pasted with corners and several places in margins verso to cardboard holder (previously framed).

Holder browned, drawing itself in excellent condition. Beautiful, dramatic gouache, on which we could not find a signature, yet obviously in the style of Knip, who is known for this type of large drawings.
