Small folio, halfleather, 31 pp. text, 130 pp. blank. With a business card with dedication. A note of thanks from HM Juliana of the Netherlands to Henriette (?) dated 2 May 1959 and signed in ink by "je Jula". Also a photo of a flooded street from 1945 by the Zeeland photographer John Merk, signed, and a typed page with a small biography. Willem Hovy was, among other things, co-founder of the Ned. Werkliedenverbond, involved with the founding of the Chr. Patroonsvereniging Boaz and member of the Dutch Senate from 1901.
