Last quire misbound; inside of vellum of front board warped, endpaper (with bookplate of Coll. Wittem ad S. Alphonsum) therefore detached from board. Rare Leiding printing, three copies in PiCarta (no copies at UB Leiden). Bound with: Huygonis Grotii Florum sparsio ad ius Justinianaeum. Amsterdam, J. Janssonius, 1643, (8),344 p., woodcut printer's mark on title printed in red and black. Partly waterstained; title with small tear to thin patch (scratched stamp). Printed in various, splendidly small fonts. And bound with: (3) Danielis Wegnern Nobilis Prussi. De bancciruptoribus dissertatio. (...) Editio auctior. Franeker, Idzardus Alberti, 1650, (24),285,(3) p. The index is highly incomplete, but paging similar to that of the PiCarta description. Partly waterstained in tail margin.
