Fluxus Symphony Orchestra envelopes
Collection of 18 makeshift envelopes with handwritten texts. Containing tiny halftone photos of events at the Fluxus Symphony Orchestra at Carnegie Recital Hall, June 27 1964. Photos by Peter Moore, published in Vacuum Trapezoid Fluxus Newspaper.
Sent to Willem de Ridder by Maciunas for reproduction purposes. Included is a yellow notepad sheet with instructions. Descriptions of the performances are added on the envelopes. Bob Watts Feeding Orchestra apparently featured 'Frankfurters that came on a wire from balcony over audience heads'. Very intriguing lot.
