Album amicorum from an unknown original owner from Leerdam/Voorburg

With 37 various fixed, mounted or loose contributions and a number of unused lvs, ca. 1850-1870, orig. embossed and giltlettered "Album", a.e.g., 17 x 26 cm.

A few lvs at the beginning stained in lower blank margin. Spine-ends dam./ chipped and outer corners worn. Comprising contributions by a.o. "Jufvrouw Staats Evers " (mounted gouache of a flower, dated "1863 Julij", a few similar in the album probably also by her); H. Pols (oval drawing in grisaille of a mill near a river, signed and dated "21 Maart /65"); "Mad.elle Sänger" (bouquet of flowers produced by making num. tiny holes with a needle ("prikwerk"), undated); F.A.J. Dorrepaal (manuscript poem in French on 3 pages, undated); P. Bezoet de Bie (manuscript poem "De Wijn" in 6 columns on 3 pages, dated "Warnasarie 1854" and "18 7/4 66"; B.E. Schlüter Haub (drawing in black chalk of a farmhouse); S.W. Veder (landscape w. travellers, drawing in black chalk, signed and dated "25 juni 1866"; W.P. (graaf?) v. Bylandt (manuscript poem in 4 columns on 2 p., signed and dated "Voorburg 18 26/6 66"); A.J.C. Schmidt (manuscript poem, dated "Voorburg 28 Junij 1866"); G.J. Scheurleer (manuscript poem in German, dated "18 12/29 66"; G.J. van Tets (manuscript poem, dated "Voorburg den 29 Junij 1866"); H.G.J. Wolterbeek (Manuscript poem on 2 p., dated "Leerdam 9 Junij 1876"). Also with two interesting ovals composed of numerous signatures, 1 dated "Leerdam, 11 Jan.ry 1867".
