Vol. 1 later newspaper clipping on first and final blank. Both vols. very neatly rebacked in matching old style, gilt and ribbed spine w. mor. letterpiece (matching the later published third vol., see below); both vols. corners bumped and covers chafed/ scratched. Good copy with heraldic bookplate of Henry Latham with motto "Secunda Alite" on upper pastedown and contemp. owner's entry "Fred. Gahagan" on title-p. With the usually lacking supplementary third volume: Idem. Miscellanous works (...). In three vols. London, printed by C. Roworth and T. Davidson for J. Murray, 1815, first edition, X,(2),691,(1) p., engr. frontisp. portr., fold. letterpress genealogical table, contemp. published treecalf, rebacked uniformly to the preceding. Portrait and title-p. foxed. Covers sl. worn along extremities. Good copy, with heraldic bookplate of "H.J." with motto "Vive ut Vivas". (total 3)
