Here and there slightly tanned, lacks one folding plate (view of het Lange Voorhout), profile with minimal tear. The first edition of the first extensive description of the city. Bound together with: (2) J. van der Does. 's Graven-Hage, Met de voornaemste plaetsen en Vermaecklijckheden. The Hague, H. Gael, 1668, (10),143,(1) p., with very fine, large folding, engraved plan and 1 engraved view by C. Eland(t) (of 5). Lacks four plates and 3 leaves from the front matter; the large plan is (as is another copy we checked online) signed in pen by C. Elandt. This plan with some reparations but in very good condition.
