Weltevreden, Landsdrukkerij, (1919), 3 volumes, VI,346; (2) VIII,567,(1); VII,(1),382 p., with (folding) maps, plates and portraits, original uniform gilt morocco, small 8vo, together in (original?) slipcase (spines discoloured but good set).
