ever heard". Drawing in pen and black ink, finished as watercolour, 17.5 x 11.5 cm., monogrammed "AW" (intertwining).
Lovely drawing of a foulmouthed fisherman, who caught the angle of his rod with his ear; (2) "Gee whizz". Drawing in pen and ink, greywashed, 11 x 15.5 cm., titled and signed "A. Wheeler" in pen. Fisherman on an ice yacht with improvised sail and flag with "N.W.M.P." And with 3 similar works, incl. a drawing with full signature with the same character as the second drawing. All drawings in the lot with defects such as folds, foxing and traces of mounting on reverse, one drawing damaged. (total 5)
