both casings (26,5 x 21 cm.) with centrally the large imperial coat of arms and imperial eagle in each corner, ribbed spine with 2 title compartments between 3 compartments with crowned N in laurel wreath, edges casings gilt both in- and outside, edges, gilt, stamp on title page "Bibliothèque du Ministère de la Maison de l'Empereur, No. [in pen:] 302", 4to.
Apart from some minor defects, a near-mint copy.
Contains: Bulletin de la Société d'Encouragement pour l'Industrie Nationale (...) 42e année. Paris, the widow Bouchard-Huzard, 1843, 588 p., steel engraved plates (numbered 882-914, mostly folding), 4to (plates somewhat foxed in places, pagination skips p. 159-161, but complete).
