Beautifully finished, extremely rare publications (no copies in Picarta), with several tipped-in proofs and errata leafs. Also tipped-in are three typed leafs: one "shipping list books Servatius" containing 12 names, a letter of thanks from W.G. Servatius to the LRV studio and a letter from the author to his family members. In this last letter he asks for financial support because the publication ("slechts in een 25 ex,") turns out much more expensive than thought.
