Contains the productions results, football results and news + Program of the Christmas service held on Christmas Day 1955 on board the m.s. "Willem Barendsz" out whaling in the Southern Polar Seas. 4pp., a card sent from the Willem Barendsz, with postage stamp of the Barendsz, but the postage stamp has been soaked off - and the book De Willem Barendsz 1946-'47. *Message of that day: Thursday evening, the m.s. Oranje has been hit by a gigantic wave off the South Australian coast, causing the ship to incline 3 x 44 degrees. Fourteen passengers suffered light injuries, while cases of Shock were also reported. On board the Johan van Oldenbarnevelt, twins have been born."
