Backstrip was loose and has been reaffixed. Without general title page (publisher's information and the date 1886 can be found only from vol. 3). Sold w.a.f. Rare. In Picarta only an 1887 volume is mentioned, just like on the market (paging there (6), 316 p.). There, it is called the first and only volume. It is possible this first volume was published in bundling in 1887, but this is not mentioned anywhere and we could not verify this.
