The right-hand margin of the album has been exposed to damp on the inside and outside, staining and/or damaging part of the pasted plates, the holders and the binding. The holders are therefore reinforced with paper strips on that side. Sold w.a.f. Fine album, with mostly (series of) coloured and b/w picture postcards, but also ca. 20 photos of ca. 15 x 20 and larger, of the locals (tribes), fakirs, carriages, points of interest and work elephants.
