Inside slightly creased, spine ends worn. Early French translation with copies of the original plates of Angelo's famous fencing book, the first edition of which appeared in London, 1763. In our auction 12 we also presented a copy of this section, with a decorative edge above the title different from the copy we present here, a difference we cannot explain.
