Leather binding, small folio, spine with pasted title in ms., (10),163,(15),(2) pp. The allegorical frontispiece in copperplate with e.g. the arms of Spain and Breda, finely designed by Cornelis Galle. Complete with 13 full- or double-page copperplates of maps and fortifications and another 2 woodcuts in the text. The engraving on p. 11 covered with the image of the engraving on p. 35 and the engraving on p. 35 covered with the image of the engraving on p. 11, spine and binding with traces of use, var. pages tanned, var. water stains, else good.
