[Vecht area] Utrecht. Streekplan Vechtgebied

(1954), 2 volumes: (1) Monumenten gelegen in de bebouwde kom van het streekplan voor het Vechtgebied in de provincie Utrecht, and (2) Monumenten gelegen binnen de grenzen van het streekplan (...), with typoscript explanation (2 p., stapled), two typoscript indices with the first volume (4 p. and (shortened) 3 p.) which further consists of 13 loose leaves with 51 pasted photos (5.5 x 5.5 and 6 x 8 cm.), typoscript index with the second volume (6 p., 2 copies) which further consists of leaves numbered 8-40 with pasted photos (all 5.5 x 5.5 cm.) numbered 25-145 besides plans of the lots concerned, besides these two large identical maps of the area with the two types of monuments indicated (unfolded 84 x 59 cm.), a plan of the municipality of Loenen (unfolded 59 x 55.5 cm.), and an ordnance map of the area with the urban cores in colour indicates by hand (unfolded 67 x 46.5 cm.), loose in the original cover, 30 x 21.5 cm.

Lacks leaves 1-7 of the second volume. Highly extraordinary, extremely rare scientific item, somewhere between an official publication and a work copy. PiCarta mentions only one copy with exactly the same size, which raises suspicion that only a very limited edition was made for only a handful of professionals.
