with 57 leaves with a total of 60 autographs in pen, of (stage) actors, singers etc., partly dated 1955, with in the back a pasted list with the name written legibly in full, faux leather binding with gilt-lettered "Poesie" on the front cover (tape repairs).

With inserted: four leaves with the autograph in pen of Sergei Rachmaninoff, all dated 1939. As far as we have been able to trace, all people who signed the book at the time now have their own Wikipedia articles. Includes the autographs of Paul Dahlke, Arthur Rabenalt, Claus Biederstaedt, Margit Nünke, Herbert von Meyerinck, Maria Litto, Hans Richter, Renate Holm, Claude Farell, Paul Kulm, Sebastian Fischer, Eric Ode, Bobby Jahn, Maria Valente, Grethe Weiser, Marianne Koch, Armando Francioli, Margit Saad, Alice Babs, Rudolph Schock, Erika Beer, Dorit Kreysler, Nadia Gray, Anneliese Uhlig, Louis Armstrong (slightly erased but legible), Rita Paul, Lou van Burg, Eva Kerbler and Edelweiss Malchin (together on one leaf), Leon Askin, Christian König, Martha Eggert and Georg Thomalla.
