Calligraphed manuscript genealogical tree on vellum, (8) p., signed in pen by Charles-Jean Beydaels de Zittaert and François-Joseph de Leenheer, "Fait a Vienne, le 11 o.bre 1806", with large gouache coat of arms on the first page and 27 smaller coats of arms in the tree, with 3 wax and paper seals, threadbound velllum wrappers, 39.5 x 30.5 cm.

Vellum curled at outer edge, else very fine. Very attractive and colourful manuscript. The tree starts with Jean-Rodolphe Faesch and the date 1491 and ends with Marie Valerie Faisch, born in 1804. Charles-Jean Beydaels de Zittaert (1747-1811), was "eerste wapenkoning" of the Austrian Netherlands and the "Bourgondische Kreits" as well as head of the "Chambre Héraldique". We could not find information on Francois-Joseph de Leenheer. The text on the first page ends with the name "A. Glaser", perhaps the name of the calligrapher.
