[Alice in Wonderland] Coasters

Set of 6 coasters with various scenes from Alice in Wonderland. John Tenniel, after the book by Lewis Carol. Silk with crocheted cotton decorative edge, c. 1890. 1. "The Rabbit actually took a watch out of its waistcoat pocket, looked at it and then hurried on." 2. The Mouse was swimming away from her as hard as it could go, making quite a commotion in the pool." 3. "The roses on it were white and there were three gardeners at it busily painting them red." 4.
