Cloth handkerchiefs with printed design by Gladys Peto, inlaid in album with cover illustration by Peto, after Lewis Carol's Alice in Wonderland. Probably first and only edition, c. 1920. Contains 8 handkerchiefs with scenes from Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. The following titles are included: The White Rabbit's House, The Cheshire Cat and the Duchess, The Mad Hatter's Tea Party, The Dodd and the Caucus Race, Old Father William and the Caterpillar, The Trial and the Awakening, The Queen's Croquet Ground, and Will You? Won't You? Join the Dance?

Album with light traces of use along edges, else both book and handkerchiefs in good condition. We were able to trace only one other copy, our copy turned out to contain handkerchiefs in divergent colours.
