(±1936), 2 volumes, with 96/ 88 plates, both volumes with calligraphed title, table of contents and colophon, printed on Banzay de Luxe in 265/ 550 numbered and signed copies (250/ 500, numbered 1 and 34), original uniform gilt cloth, top edge gilt, oblong small folio.

Volume 1 some foxing on inside boards, volume 2 one outer corner with bend, yet very good copies. As with other copies, volume 1 [here the first of the 250 "regular" numbered copies] has a calligraphed owner's name on the free endpaper, here the name "P. Boorsma".
