Drawing in black and red chalk after Abraham Bloemaert, portrait of a farmer's woman with a basket on her lap (so-called portrait of Esther van Bijnkershoek), sheet size 20.3 x 16 cm, titled and dated 1744 in lower right corner, monogrammed "M.V. Fecit" in pen verso, under passepartout (a few small defects/ tiny closed tears).
On the website of the RKD, this particular drawing is documented under the title "Boerenvrouw met mand" (reproduced in black and white). "Probably after a print by Fredrerick Bloemaert (no. 134 in the 'Tekenboek'), after a drawing by Abraham Bloemaert". "Private collection Willem Barend Wouters, Delft 1962 - exhibited in 1962; does not figure in the auctions of his collection in 2004 and 2015."
