Printed on a bifolium of laid paper, issued by the Henriette Roland Holst-stichting, 11.5 x 15 cm., inside with poem "De zachtheid heeft nu niet veel plaats op aarde (...).". With stamp of sender C.B. Schelling-Kuiler and "P.T. 1970" in pen above the foundation's address.
