Quire L of the first part with 2 torn leaves, neatly repaired, also leaf B4 of that part very expertly restored; leaf G of the second part torn near spine, else with occ. mild staining; Backstrip loosening and binding otherwise with traces of use/ wear. Good copy with very wide margins of this profusely illustrated classic, with bookplate of Marcel Bertrand to inside front board.
