The title of vol. 2 is more extensive than that of vol. 1, the extension is therefore mentioned in parentheses in the title description. Contents of vol. 1 with some soiling/ staining, plate XVIII bound the wrong way around, plate XXVI with reinforced outer margin due to minor tears. Vol. 2 plate V/VI with traces of reinforcement and a thin patch in the top left corner, several plates partly with waterstaining/ foxing. Both bindings soiled/ stained, lacks the splits. In all a good copy, the book is often presented without the second volume and also often in later/ modern bindings. Bierens de Haan 3524.
