Amsterdam, 1607 or sl. later edition. Lot of 17 engraved plates from the folio-sized work (12x showing men with guns), numbered in the plate 5, 10, 12, 18, 19, 20, 21 (touched with colour), 27, 28, 29, 31, 33, 35 and 38 (the numbers 5, 28 and 29 present with 2 different images, from 2 different parts of the works), all but 1 under passepartout.

A few sl. stained, but generally in good condition and good impressions on laid paper with watermark vase with ears. Sold as a collection of prints, not subject to return. From the famous and rare first systematic manual on the use of pikes, muskets and other weapons (total 17).
