Pamphlet to prevent the future arisal of misunderstandings between the Netherlands and Sid Abdala Ben Sid Mohamed Bembucar, lord of Salé in Morocco, as has occurred since the similar treaty of 9 February 1651. The agreements in the piece concern "alle schepen ten oorloghe op vrybuyt, ofte ter koopvaardye uyt Salé varende". The ships will need to be able to present papers "om daer door gedistingueert te worden van andere [!] Barbarische roovers (...)." And with another 13 pamphlets, incl. Knuttel 3933 (1629, court ruling on punishments (banishment) for five captured criminals) and 5733 (1648, Peace of Munster), mostly 1607-1608, on the run-up to the Twelve Years' Truce with Spain.
