[Fans] Mourning fan with painted paper leaf and bone ribs

Probably Dutch, c. 1800, the paper leaf lacquered in black and painted in gouache in black and white, front with central scene of two women and a man with a small building inside borders in the shape of flower tendrils, reverse with modest floral decoration, with 22 bone ribs painted with black flowers, width 46.5 cm and height 27 cm.

One rib loose from the leaf with the leaf in this place sl. creased and with a small hole; one of the outer ribs with old label. Attractive mourning fan, entirely in b/w.
